What time is it after adding a duration?
Adding a duration to a clock time is everyday shift and travel maths: start hour and minute plus hours and minutes of duration, wrapping past midnight when needed. A 22:15 start plus 3 h 50 m lands at 02:05 with a +1 day flag. No time zones or DST rules are applied — it is local face-clock arithmetic like a kitchen timer stretched to hours. For arrival framing see arrival time; for subtracting hours from now see what time was X hours ago.
Worked example
22:15 + 3 h 50 m → 02:05 (+1 day). Duration totals 230 minutes.
Limits and assumptions
24-hour wrap only. Does not name the weekday or apply zone offsets.
