Calculator inputs

Tool calculations run in your browser. We do not operate a calculator backend that saves the numbers you type into each tool.

Local preferences

Unit system (metric/imperial) and currency display preference may be stored in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers your choice.

Optional country lookup

If you have not saved preferences yet, the site may request a country code from a third-party lookup (currently api.country.is) to guess units and currency. That request does not send your calculator inputs. You can change units and currency at any time in the header.

Advertising

Advertising is not switched on. If it is enabled later, for example with Google AdSense, ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies. UK and EU visitors will get a consent choice before those tags load.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads on each page so we can see which calculators are used. Analytics cookies are stored only if you choose Allow. If you choose Reject, Google may still receive a cookieless visit signal. We do not send the numbers typed into calculators, or the words typed into homepage search. The choice is saved in this browser.
